"My wife and I have been wanting to go skiing at Holiday Valley for quite some time and we found this perfect cottage for our stay. The property is wonderful and everything as advertised, and we loved using the hot tub after a long day of skiing. The owners were great and treated us with some delicious baked muffins and cakes during our stay. The location of the cottage is just on the outer edge of Ellicottville and is an easy drive or walk into town. We would definitely book the Kennedy Cottage again on our next trip to Ellicottville."
