Late Checkout Fee: USD 25.00

Property and Cancellation Policies

No deposit required at time of booking. A payment link will be sent 21 days prior to arrival to input your form of payment to finalize your reservation. Full balance must be paid 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received by 3:00pm 8 days prior to arrival, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds after 3:00pm 8 days prior to arrival.

Terms and Conditions

We are a NON SMOKING adult property. Two guests per room. Violation of this policy will result in removal from our home and additional charges of $250 per guest. We are not able to accommodate children at our location.
Pets are NOT permitted. Guest safety is our number one priority. We follow CDC and NY State guidelines.
Masks are required in all common areas of the Inn. Housekeeping will be upon request and our continental breakfast will be self-serve.  The property is equipped with a key less entry system. 
Our pool is open seasonally until 9 PM. 
Our hot tub is year round and is open daily until 11:00 pm
Our main level of the houses area is all available for our guests. There is a gathering room, dining room and living room.  Please feel free to use these rooms.
This is our home and we ask you to respect the standards we uphold. The costs of damages or cleaning beyond what would be expected after responsible usage will incur additional cleaning fees. 

SMS and Text Messaging Policy

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Saisons Inn regarding your reservation and stay, including booking confirmation, check-in details, property information, and general guest communication with your innkeeper. Message frequency varies based on your stay and inquiries. Message and data rates may apply depending upon your mobile carrier and plan. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at (716) 699-9004. To opt out of text messages at any time, reply STOP. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive texts from Saisons Inn unless you opt in again.
